This program has 4 components. 1. 20 Hours of Online Classroom, 2. 10 Hours of Drive Online home assignment, 3. 10 Hours of In-Car training and 4. 5 Hours of Advance driving skills. Upon successful completion it may save you on auto insurance and allows you to go for G2 license in 8 months time.
The Advance Beginner Driver Education Program consists of 20 HRS self-learning Online classes, 15 HRS of automatic in-car instruction, and an Online interactive home assignment known as "Drive Online".
Charges for using the instructor's car for the ministry road test will apply in addition to the course fee.
Should you decide to drop out after starting your course, the entire fee will be refunded, except for those hours already attended plus a $65 administration charge.
Students requiring insurance discount certification must comply with the specifications, terms, and conditions of the approving body such as M.T.O.
Your login credentials are sent to you on the same day your full or part payment is received.
Complete courses (E-Course, In-car, and Drive online) must be completed within one (1) year from the date you receive your credentials to access your account to start Drive online. After one year the contract will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be made.
Upon successful completion of all three components of the program, the student will be certified online with the M.T.O. and an email will be sent to the student with an attachment of the Letter of Completion.
It takes 3 to 5 business days to certify a student with M.T.O. You are not certified until you receive an email with a Letter of Completion.
In-car appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge for a full lesson.
Students will be asked COVID-19-related questions prior to getting into the vehicle with their driving instructor.
Students will be required to wear a face mask or face shield while taking the driving lesson.
Students are prohibited from smoking and vaping during driving lessons.
Students are required to be completely unimpaired during driving lessons from any recreational cannabis, alcohol, medication, or any substance that causes impairment or drowsiness. The instructor has the right to cancel the driving lesson when they pick up students and if there is any indication of this impairment.
Students are responsible for having their learner's license, eyeglasses, or contact lenses at all times during the in-car training.
Certification can be denied due to; a) Failure to successfully complete the required hours or b) Failure of the in-class test, Drive On-line Test, or in car test conducted by the school.
