By registering for any course or service with Ultimate Drivers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Course Completion and Certification
All Beginner Driver Education (BDE) courses must be completed within one (1) year of the course start date, as required by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO).
Students must successfully complete all course components and achieve a minimum grade of 70% to be certified.
Certification is submitted electronically to the MTO. Driving schools do not issue certificates. Students may obtain proof of completion through a Driver’s Licence History (DLH) from Service Ontario.
Any unused lessons or services will expire after 364 days.
Lesson Scheduling and Attendance
In-car lessons are scheduled between the student and instructor based on availability.
Students must be ready at the scheduled time and must present a valid G1 licence at every lesson.
Failure to attend, late arrival, or failure to present a valid licence may result in loss of the lesson.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed lessons may be forfeited.
Ultimate Drivers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather, safety concerns, instructor availability, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payments, Refunds, and Transfers
All fees must be paid in full before lessons or services are provided.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Courses, lessons, and services are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Services may be suspended if payment terms are not met.
A $35 fee applies to any returned or failed payment.
Course Changes and Expiry
Changes to course format (in-class, virtual, or E-learning) may be subject to an administrative fee.
Students who withdraw or do not complete their course within one year may be required to restart and pay additional fees.
Road Test Policy
Road tests may be booked by the student or instructor.
If a vehicle is booked for a road test, applicable service fees will apply once the instructor arrives for the scheduled appointment.
Ultimate Drivers is not responsible for road tests cancelled by DriveTest Centres.
Dash Cam and Recording Policy
Ultimate Drivers vehicles may be equipped with dash cameras that record video and audio for safety, training, and liability purposes.
By participating in in-car lessons, students consent to being recorded.
Recordings are kept confidential and used only when necessary for safety, legal, or regulatory purposes.
Privacy and Student Records
Student information will be collected and transmitted to the MTO as required for certification.
All personal information is kept confidential in accordance with privacy regulations.
Right to Refuse Service
Ultimate Drivers reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if policies are violated, payments are not made, or safety or MTO regulations are not followed.
